  • Covers up to 2 incidents of accidental damage w/$99 or $299 deductible depending on the damage.
  • 24/7 priority access to Apple experts by chat or phone

Dell ProSupport Plus

  • Dell’s most comprehensive 4-year protection plan
  • Including 24/7 US-based hardware and software phone support and
  • Accidental damage coverage
  • No deductible. 
  • Limit 1 incident each 12 months

Here at 12th Man Technology, we offer on-campus check-in for your repair needs.  Our technicians are certified in Microsoft*, Apple, and Dell. 

We won’t leave you without a device, we offer free loaners** during a service repair when checking in a laptop purchased from 12th Man Technology.

 

 

 

* Microsoft has provided our technicians with their troubleshooting toolkit.  While our technicians facilitate the exchange, Microsoft services the Surface systems at their depot.
