Accidental damage (total coverage up to value of device) with $0 deductible and now (as of May 1, 2020) includes theft coverage for the entire term of the plan (available for all brands)

AppleCare+

3-year protection plan covers up to 2 incidents of accidental damage w/$99 or $299 deductible depending on the damage, 24/7 priority access to Apple experts by chat or phone

Dell ProSupport Plus

Dell’s most comprehensive 4-year protection plan including 24/7 US-based hardware and software phone support and accidental damage coverage.  No deductible.  Limit 1 incident each 12 months.

 

While we do not anticipate you will have to use this, we offer on-campus check-in for your repair needs.  Our technicians are certified in Microsoft*, Apple and Dell.  We facilitate repairs and exchanges for Microsoft Surface systems purchased from our store.   While we repair all Apple and Dell personal computers, we offer a free loaner** for those who purchased the unit from our store.
